I had a mixed experience at this hotel. Although the room didn't have a separate sink away from the toilet and shower, the extra space and separate lounge made up for it. However, I felt like we paid an outrageous amount for what we got. The hotel wasn't as nice as expected, but the service and location were impressive.
Rooms
6.0
The room was not as nice as anticipated, but the extra space and separate lounge were a plus.
Service
8.0
The service, especially from the shuttle drivers like Scott, Daryl, and John, was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. However, I had to request again at the front desk to get a vehicle.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, within walking distance of the sprint center and power light district, perfect for nightlife and downtown activities.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining experience a bit underwhelming, especially for the amount paid. The breakfast was limited and overpriced at the tiny coffee shop in the lobby.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect, just a block away from the lively Power and Light District, but the room we had was a bit disappointing with smaller beds than expected. The service was lovely, with a surprise breakfast gift card, yet the dining experience left something to be desired. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
Rooms
6.0
The room seemed a little dated and smaller than anticipated, with beds that were more towards double size than queen.
Service
8.0
The staff was very attentive, even bringing us a sweet note and a gift card for breakfast during our stay.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent for those interested in the Power and Light District, only a block away, making it convenient for nightlife and downtown exploration.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were a bit limited, but the hotel made up for it by providing a pastry and coffee, though nothing extravagant.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers standard facilities, and the construction nearby didn't affect the overall experience negatively.

7.2/10
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, especially for nightlife and downtown activities, but the high price tag made it feel like a bit of a rip-off. The dining experience was wonderful, offering high-quality dishes, while the rooms seemed a little dated with small issues like worn-out edges. The service was hit and miss, with some helpful gestures but also unmet requests.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms felt a little dated with small signs of wear like chipping paint and discolored caulking, but they were clean and comfortable for the most part.
Service
6.0
The staff made efforts to accommodate requests like providing breakfast vouchers, but my plea to add the company address on the final bill was denied without a solid reason.
Location
8.0
The best part of this hotel is its excellent location, close to the Light and Power District and within walking distance of downtown attractions. Perfect for enjoying the nightlife or attending events like the NCAA Big 12 Tournament.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was a big plus, offering high-quality dishes that were a real asset to the hotel. However, the prices were a bit on the expensive side for what was offered.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities provided were satisfactory, although the absence of some services like a functional pool during my stay was a downside.
